3 people of my family attend Sensei Sheena's Karate School. She has a calm and relaxed way of teaching. Her patience is AMAZING and so is she.

 I 100000000% recommend you check out her school if you are looking for your child to train. :-)

I cannot give Sensei Sheena and her team enough stars and credit. She has children lining up and listening as well as learning great skills for life. She runs her school in a kind and fun manner whilst teaching this disipline so well. My 5 year old loves her and the classes and I do to!

I really like this school as it helps with self-defense and helps with exercise as well.

As a former student, Kaishi Karate School is extremely well run. Classes are interesting and enjoyable, but most importantly the teaching is fantastic.
