You’re never too old to learn the art of Karate. A great stress buster, it boosts energy, helps break bad habits and promotes self-discipline and balance. It also helps with flexibility and suppleness as we age.
For kids
Karate promotes achievement. It teaches kids that perseverance, dedication and commitment helps them reach their goals. We encourage our students to enter competitions as it promotes their growth, builds confidence, enables them to perform in front of a crowd and demonstrates that hard work and perseverance brings positive results! We have travelled to competitions around the UK, where we have won and been placed across different categories for different ages.
